General Store items can be returned, in person only, within 15 days of purchase, they must be unused and in their original packaging. Proof of purchase | receipt is required and only regular priced items can be returned. Ten and Co. items are for exchange in person only and must be in their original condition, they cannot be returned.
If you received a damaged product with your collection please contact us at hello@tenandco.ca and we would be more then happy to help you out! Please send us your name, order number and a photo of the damaged product.
E X C H A N G E
We will only process an exchange within 15 days of purchase, the item will need to be inspected by us to ensure it is in saleable condition, it must not be used and be in the original condition it was purchased as. Exchange is for in person only, we do not accept online exchanges or returns as it creates a larger carbon footprint, if you have any issues with your order we would be more then happy to help, e-mail us at hello@tenandco.ca

Items that are final sale: Items that are used, sale items, personal hygiene, perishable goods such as food, plants and gift cards.
D A M A G E S
If you received a damaged product in your package, please contact us within 2 days of receiving the order. We suggest taking photos of the damaged items with the packaging that it came with. Please contact us at hello@tenandco.ca with your name, order number and a photo of the damaged product and we would be more then happy to help you out!
We cannot offer exchanges or credit on goods that have been opened or used. However, if for some reason you are not satisfied with your products, please contact us and we will work with you. At Ten and Co., we value our customers and we want to ensure you are happy with your purchases, please do not hesitate to contact us.
