I wish it is true that they last up to 12 months, I would be happy if they last half that long. I’ve bought a few, and they are absorbent and easy to clean, and the colors and designs are lovely. However, they get holes in them within a month of gentle to moderate use (I mostly use them for putting under my kitchen tap handle to soak up the water that drip from wet hands, and to wipe the surrounding counter area occasionally). And also the sides crack, I think because when they dry they become hard. I really do love them but can’t stand that they don’t last for that price. I might try a different brand and see if this is a Swedish cloth problem or a brand problem.
